  • Government & Regulatory Expertise: Senior roles in The Bahamas government, leading maritime regulatory reform, port oversight across multiple islands, and acting as national liaison for IMO audits and maritime policy development.
  • International Foundation: Started with the Bahamas Maritime Authority in London, supporting casualty investigations, yacht code administration, and international regulatory processes.
